We are a leading global SaaS startup with offices in Islamabad & Sydney. The Customer Success team assists our 25,000+ customers from all over the world. You’ll never get bored working at Avaza!


1. Excellent English (written and spoken)

2. Prior experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory.

3. Ability (and willingness) to work outside of your traditional 9-5. Our team works in 4-week rotating shifts of 8 hours per day.

  • Monitor chat and email queries from Avaza users
  • Run sales demos
  • Test bugs and new features
  • Develop support documentation.

You’ll join our existing customer success team so you’ll have plenty of training and support as you learn.
