- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing best talent through active & passive sourcing like networking sites (LinkedIn), employee referral, company database and Job portals etc.
- Responsible for hiring from executive level upto senior management.
- Hiring for FLS's
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle which includes sourcing & identification of sourcing challenge, Interview coordination, and salary negotiation, releasing offer and also responsible for joining formalities.
- Interacting with hiring manager and understand the technicalities of the requirement and accurately assess and analyze the requirements, needs and objectives.
- Initiating Background verification process.
