Responsibilities
* Client billing
* Issuing client statement of accounts on a periodic basis
* Accrual accounting
* Updating project fees & revising billing schedules
* Generation of purchase orders
* Sub-consultant reconciliations
* Weekly debtor & billing reporting
* Monthly earnings reporting
* Project reconciliations
* Cost allocation per project
* Monitoring project expenses
* Bank reconciliation
* Depreciation, pre-payment & accrual booking
* General accounting tasks as required
